*Exhibitors – Each confirmed exhibiting company will be emailed a unique link to register your booth staff. This will be sent after your booth application is complete. Additional exhibitor registrations are allowed for a fee of $625 per person.

All West Coast Expo activities will take place at the JW Marriott Desert Springs.   

West Coast Expo discounted room rate:   
$267 plus $13 resort fee & taxes

Discounted room block information and link to book will be provided in your confirmation email after you register for the event.

Please do not refer to any email solicitations from outside companies. We DO NOT endorse or use any 3rd party hotel companies for our room blocks. The only valid communication about our room block will come directly from produceexpos@farmjournal.com in your registration confirmation.

Our block runs from Wednesday, May 27 - Saturday, May 30th. If you are trying to book dates outside that window, it may show sold out. Please adjust your dates to fit within our block or call the hotel directly to book!

HOTEL CANCELLATION CLAUSE – INDIVIDUAL RESERVATION/ATTENDEE BLOCK:

• 1-night room and tax deposit will be taken on all reservations at time of booking.
• Cancellations without penalty are accepted up until April 29, 2026.
• Cancellations after April 30, 2026 guests will incur a 1-night room and tax charge.
• Cancellations after May 8th will be charged the full amount for the reservation made.
