*We recognize that some Hass Avocado producers—defined as growers or producers who cultivate and produce raw Hass Avocados for consumption in the US market—may not be able to afford the $200 conference registration fee for producers. In such cases, we are pleased to offer the opportunity to participate in the Avocado Conference and have your $200 registration covered by the Hass Avocado Board. Producers seeking support are encouraged to contact Conference@Hassavocadoboard.com and provide the attendee's name, grove address, years in the industry, acreage under production, and pounds produced in the last two years to determine eligibility. Limited to one person per grove. Other limitations apply, including availability. Requests will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. *

Discounted room rate: $219 per night (plus taxes & fees)
