- Supplier/ Packer/ Grower/ Shipper - Standard Rate $1950/ Early Bird $1795
- Allied/ Other Service Company or Organization - Standard Rate - $1495/ Early Bird $1295 (this covers any other category that doesn't fit into above four options)\
