Audrey Leduc has recently taken the role of Director U.S. Sustainability at McDonald’s, based in Chicago. Previously, she led McCain’s North America Planet-Friendly department for five years.

Her areas of expertise include supply chain optimization, decarbonization, and environmental policy. Audrey champions quantifying sustainability impact and building resilient, climate-ready supply chains that keep food systems reliable and competitive. She helped shape McCain’s regenerative agriculture framework for potatoes and initiated the $1M McDonald’s–McCain Future of Potato Farming Fund, accelerating adoption of regenerative practices among Canadian growers.

Audrey holds an MBA from the University of Exeter with a specialization in international business and sustainability
