Ariel received her B.S. in Botany and Conservation Biology and her M.S. in Conservation Biology and Sustainable Development from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a certificate in Business, Environment, and Social Responsibility. Her passion for sustainable food production and systems, combined with a belief that socially responsible business can be a force for positive change led to her work at IPM Institute, where she works with food companies across the supply chain to envision, develop and implement supply chain sustainability strategies, programs and policies.
