Melinda Goodman has been an advocate for agriculture since her earliest days and has worked for a variety of organizations, producers and commodity boards around the country and continues to do so through her full service marketing agency FullTilt Marketing.

From small grains and animal proteins, specialty foods and fresh produce, Melinda has spent her career supporting the people and stories that meet at the intersection of food and agriculture in both B2B and B2C marketing. It’s no surprise that Melinda is passionate in her support of issues and causes that help elevate conversations about the value of food as it aligns with our values, and she has helped create and promote many successful industry campaigns including the current Growing America’s Farmer program that has raised over $500,000 for scholarships and grants for FFA and the newly created Farmworker of the Year program sponsored by EFI and The Packer.
