Meet the Host
As hosts of the Sustainable Ranchers Tour, the Vanderwerts offer a practical look at what sustainability means on a working cattle operation: caring for the land, making sound business decisions, and keeping the next generation of agriculture in mind.

Event attendees are eligible to apply for the Rancher Resilience Grant to cover travel costs related to attending the event.
The grant is designed to support cattle producers’ attendance at impactful educational events. It is made possible by a partnership between the National Cattlemen’s Foundation and Cargill Protein and is administered by the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association.
