I started my 34 year Produce journey as a closing Produce clerk in Vista Ca with Vons in 1990. I worked my way up through the dept ranks to Produce Manager. After 14 years I accepted a Promtion to Field Merchandiser with Safeway in their Texas Division where I stayed for over 5 years. In 2010 I accepted a position with Grocery Outlet as a Field Merchandiser and came back to California. Since then I’ve held the positions of Floral Buyer, Produce and Floral Buyer, Senior Buyer and my current position of Director of Produce.
