Rafael is from Mexico and a graduate as Biologist and Master in Renewable Energies. He is passionate about environmental issues, with more than 25 years of experience in environmental management. He is currently the Director of Environment and Energy for GCM. He has developed environmental conservation projects as well as clean and renewable energy projects integrating innovative solutions under the concept of the circular economy.
