Valerie is on a mission to create irresistible places to work in the agriculture industry. Growing up on a diversified crop and livestock farm near Santa Claus, Indiana, she developed a passion for agriculture. She joined the family farm upon graduating from Purdue University for 15 years. Then spent three years with Swine Management Services focused on production, labor and data management. Valerie joined Summit Smart Farms in 2019 to assist in developing decision-ready products that aid in workflow efficiency, employee engagement and drive bottom-line results.
