Brad McDonald grew up on a hog-and-row-crop farm that has been in his family for 100 years. He graduated from Notre Dame in 2011 and worked at Bunge's global headquarters in New York as a commodity analyst. He has since worked in Ag Finance at Wells Fargo in Chicago and eventually started an e-commerce company for farmers when Brad was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. Brad exited his first venture in 2019 to purchase his own farm back in Iowa, where he grew up. He has worked with Continuum Ag since the summer of 2020 as COO, where he focuses on helping farmers improve profitability by improving soil health.
