He operates approximately 6,000 acres, producing corn, cotton, rice, and soybeans. Dilldine Farms was named the 2025 Arkansas Northeast District Farm Family of the Year, and Dalton is the 2025 Arkansas Farm Bureau Young Farmer & Rancher Achievement Award winner. He is actively involved in agricultural leadership and is passionate about advancing farm efficiency through new technology and innovation.
