Mark Brungardt has spent his entire life in agriculture. He began his career at AGCO in 1994 as a Field Service Manager, where he worked closely with customers, dealers, and others within the company. As Mark advanced in his career, he took on several service roles, including Product Support Manager, leading the entire North American Field Service team, and managing the Service Training organization focused on dealer training.
In 2019, Mark decided to pivot his career and joined the Fendt Marketing team. His first role in marketing involved collaborating with others to develop the Fendt Customer Experience Playbook, which emphasizes the importance of customer experience. He continues this work today as the Strategic Marketing Manager for Fendt Momentum planters and the Fendt IDEAL combine. In this position, Mark prioritizes farmers by actively listening to their needs and collaborating with product teams to ensure that the products offered contribute to customers' profitability.
