Senior Director of Sales, North America
Ryan Schaefer leads the U.S. and Canada sales organization in strategic development and execution of all dealer-facing and end user retail-oriented processes. Schaefer has spent his career in the farm equipment industry, beginning his tenure with Case IH in 2008 as a product specialist for large tractors in the Western U.S. sales region. He has since held several leadership roles within the company sales and marketing organizations, returning to Racine, Wis., to lead the North America sales team in mid-2017. Schaefer holds master’s degrees in agricultural economics from Purdue University and business administration from Indiana University Kelley School of Business, as well as a bachelor’s degree from University of Illinois.
