Alan Hoskins has many responsibilities including, but not limited to: the overall management of American Farm Mortgage Company, recruitment of agents, training our agents and business development officers, developing investor relations and creating opportunities to provide personalized solutions for our customers. Alan also continues to own and operate a family farm he has managed for over three decades. He previously held the position of community bank president for Legence Bank, American Farm Mortgage’s parent company in Indiana. He also previously served for six years as executive vice president and headed up agricultural and commercial lending for Legence. Prior experience includes an additional 20 years in lending, serving as a director of an insurance corporation and other financial services’ corporate management. He earned a degree from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado and numerous banking certifications throughout his career.
