April Sins previously served as Director of Health and Wellness for a regional grocery retailer (Rouses Markets), where she developed consumer education initiatives, collaborated with food brands, and executed in-store promotions and digital marketing campaigns. With more than 20 years of experience in nutrition education and over 300 television appearances, April brings extensive experience in consumer engagement, retail nutrition marketing, and digital content creation. She is also an Assistant Professor of Dietetics at Nicholls State University, where she educates future nutrition professionals.
