Jason Cole is a third-generation California Avocado grower whose family has farmed in Santa Paula, California since 1969. A Cal Poly San Luis Obispo graduate with degrees in Agricultural Science and Agricultural Business, Jason oversees the Cole family’s avocado, citrus and cattle operations, which have expanded significantly under his generation’s leadership. He previously served for more than a decade on the California Avocado Commission Board, including as Chairman and as a member of the Governance, Finance and Production Research committees. Known for his hands-on approach in the groves and his commitment to sustainability, stewardship and grower advocacy, Jason remains a respected voice and emerging leader helping shape the future of the California Avocado industry.
