José Antonio Villaseñor Zurita holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Don Vasco and is a graduate of the Senior Management Program at IPADE Business School (Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa) of Universidad Panamericana. He currently serves as the General Manager of Aztecavo SAPI de CV, a company dedicated to avocado exports. He is a prominent entrepreneur in the avocado sector, with experience across several areas of the industry, including exports, ground transportation, production, and avocado fruit processing. He is a member of a pioneering family in the export of avocados to the United States, Asia, and Europe. He has successfully served as Chairman of APEAM (Association of Avocado Exporting Producers and Packers of Mexico), Chairman of MHAIA (Mexican Hass Avocado Importers Association), and Chairman of AFM (Avocados From Mexico), contributing to the economic development of the region.
