John Pawlowski is President and Chief Executive Officer of Mission Produce, having assumed the role in April 2026. He brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in the global food and food service industry, with deep expertise in operational excellence, business development, and building high-performing teams.
Since joining Mission Produce in 2024 as President and Chief Operating Officer, he has led enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance operational performance, scale the business, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.

Prior to Mission Produce, he served as President and COO of Lipari Foods. John is known for his people-first leadership style, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement aligned with the company’s long-term growth strategy
