Ben Riensche is a 5th generation farmer from Northeast Iowa where he raises corn and soybeans.   He also farms in Idaho and Washington, raising white wheat, chickpeas and pulse crops.   For the past thirty years, Ben has been increasing the size and scope of the Blue Diamond Farming Company so that it is 10 ten times larger than his father’s farm, and 30 times larger than his grandfather’s farm.   He serves on the grower boards of Crop Life America and Indigo Agriculture, as well as advises Wolfe Securities Research on farm machinery trends and developments.
