Born and raised on a farm in central North Dakota, agriculture has always been a part of Andy life. Andy began his career in John Deere construction sales before spending over a decade managing inventory for a multi store John Deere ag dealership. For the past 3 years, he has led the dealership’s data and analytics efforts, helping modernize operations using internal data, automation, and AI. He focuses on helping dealerships unlock the value of their data—whether through smarter inventory decisions, sales forecasting, or AI-assisted business processes. His work is grounded in practical dealership realities, with a clear goal: drive efficiency, profitability, and smarter decisions from the shop floor to the front office.
