Trevor Fleege is the senior director of milk procurement and commodity management. He is responsible for the milk procurement and commodity risk management at Agropur. Agropur is the third-largest cheese processor in the U.S. producing over 1 billion pounds of cheese per year across seven plants located in Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Agropur procures over 10 billion pounds of milk per year in the U.S. from over 300 producers. Trevor has spent his entire life in the dairy industry having grown up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin and working in the dairy businesses at Kraft, Nestle and Agropur.
