Evan Barton is a dairy farmer and nutritionist from Central Ohio, where he resides with his wife and 3 children. He is a majority partner in 4 dairy farm businesses in Ohio, Michigan, and Florida totaling 17,000 cows. In addition, Evan is a founding partner in Barton Kiefer Dairy Consulting; a group of 20 consultants providing nutrition and management advice to dairy farmers across the United States and Internationally. Evan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Dairy Science and Ag Business from Cornell University. He is passionate about the dairy industry and brings a unique perspective as not only a nutritionist but also a dairy farmer himself.
